Our engineers inspect all major building systems — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, fire and safety. We document the current condition of each, identify any existing issues, and use this assessment to produce a tailored scope of work and AMC proposal at no cost to you.

Absolutely. The three plans are starting frameworks. Every contract is tailored to your specific property, systems, and budget. We can add or remove specific service lines, adjust visit frequencies, or create a hybrid scope that doesn't fit a standard tier.

Our standard AMC is a 12-month (annual) contract. We do offer shorter-term agreements in some circumstances — speak to our team to discuss your requirements. Annual contracts benefit from the best value and consistent care.

Labour and service visits are included in the AMC price. Spare parts and replacement materials are quoted separately and transparently if required — we never mark up parts without disclosure. Many routine consumables (filters, cleaning agents) are included.

AMC clients receive a dedicated emergency line and WhatsApp contact. For Professional and Enterprise plan clients, we guarantee response within 4 and 2 hours respectively, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.

Yes. If your needs change or you want to add services, we can amend your contract at any point. Many clients start on Essential and upgrade to Professional as they experience the value of planned maintenance.

Yes. We offer portfolio contracts for clients with multiple properties, with consolidated reporting and preferred rates. Contact us to discuss a multi-site agreement — this is common among restaurant groups, property developers, and corporate real estate teams.
